Organic cotton tote bag inspired by Kufi Arabic calligraphy, the geometric letters (EID) form an elongated, simple yet strikingly bold design. To balance the weight of the Arabic letters, a thin Brutalist typeface was chosen to spell "Mubarak" in English. Both Arabic and English come together with the exclamation mark created by the diacritic marks of the letter yaa.

  • Zarreen is a Creative Director in Los Angeles with over 20 years of experience working for global brands. She helps diverse companies create a positive impact through design. Zarreen is an alumni of Art Center College of Design and holds a BFA in Graphic Design. She has taught courses in design at Art Center and UCLA.
