Organic cotton tote bag featuring another bittersweet Eid al Fitr in Gaza. The word "eid" in Arabic is drawn in geometric Kufi calligraphy and placed at an angle to resemble barbed wire to symbolize the caged oppression of the Palestinian people. The diacritic marks beneath the letter "yaa" symbolize blood and also resemble an exclamation point.

  • Zarreen is a Creative Director in Los Angeles with over 20 years of experience working for global brands. She helps diverse companies create a positive impact through design. Zarreen is an alumni of Art Center College of Design and holds a BFA in Graphic Design. She has taught courses in design at Art Center and UCLA.
